AI Adventure for Kids
A choose-your-own-adventure game with AI-generated everything.
$ cat story.md
I have three kids (7, 5, and 2.5). I want to build something they can actually play while I learn multi-modal AI orchestration. Win-win.
The concept: a choose-your-own-path adventure where the story, visuals, and audio are all AI-generated based on their choices. Not pre-scripted content, actual generation in response to what they decide.
For v1, I'll be there with them. Heavy guardrails, hands-on supervision. This isn't 'let the AI babysit', it's 'let's go on an adventure together and Dad learns some cool tech along the way.'
Eventually I'd like to open-source the workflow, or at least document it well enough that others can build their own versions.

?How do we handle input from kids who can't type well? Voice input seems obvious, but how do we make it reliable?
?How do we confirm intent before generating? A 'Is this what you meant?' step could save wasted generation time.
?Can image generation run in the background while the kid engages with something else? Pacing matters.
?How do we prevent never-ending stories? Maybe a story arc agent that gradually funnels choices toward a conclusion (Hero's Journey structure).
